Plain-language terms for the BusinessPress Bookings source-code purchase.
Price and payment
The base price is $99 USD for one commercial license. Stripe hosts and processes checkout, may present a supported local-currency equivalent, and calculates applicable tax where required. The amount shown in Stripe checkout is the amount submitted for payment.
Delivery
Private source access and setup instructions are sent to the email used at checkout within one business day after Stripe confirms payment. Check the email address and support contact on your Stripe receipt if access has not arrived by then.
What is included
The purchase includes the source version described on this website and the rights in the commercial license. Hosting, deployment work, custom integrations, third-party fees, ongoing support, and future versions are separate unless the order states otherwise.
Refunds and problems
If delivery fails or the supplied files are materially defective, contact BusinessPress using the support details on the Stripe receipt. We will investigate access, replacement, or refund remedies as appropriate. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Demo boundaries
The public booking, customer portal, and admin are demonstrations. Sample services, customers, prices, integrations, and availability are illustrative. Do not enter sensitive or real customer information into the public demo.
